Hi! We are Zuzana & Nikki – health coaches, founders of ActiveVegetarian.com, authors of Vegan Weight Loss Manifesto and The Plant-Powered Athlete.

Both of us have been living a plant-based life for over two decades, and during this time we have encountered many amazing benefits this lifestyle offers.
