Celebrating Nutrition & Movement Retreat

August 4th - 7th, 2022

welcome

Celebrating Nutrition and Movement Retreat aims to take you on a healing journey, out of your head and into your body. We meet in nature at Wild Heart Retreats, for a truly holistic experience for mind, body and spirit.

Our four-day-long experience will combine nourishing, plant-rich meals, inspiring cooking classes and nutrition workshops, along with movement and mindfulness practices.

We look forward to spending time together in the spectacular Tulameen River Valley in southern British Columbia this summer!

In love and light,
Zuzana & Nikki

We invite you to join us for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in the west coast paradise to connect with yourself and like-minded beings, indulge in the most delicious, high-vibrational food, move your body in joy, and reconnect to the healing rhythm of nature! Let’s go!
